WHAT COULD DELAY MY ORDER ?
To reduce shipping time for your order please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If you submit your address wrong and your order has already been shipped out you will be responsible for a new label fee.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes you can, please make the appropriate selection at check out . Remember to send us an email with your order number, full name and pick up time. (please allow 24hrs for a response.)
WHY DID I GET CHARGED FOR HANDLING/DUTIES?
Please keep in mind that once we ship the item, it is no longer in our care.
If you have an issue with the arrival of your package please contact your local post office concerning this matter.
Keep in mind that sometimes the courier will scan the package up to a day prior to actual delivery.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE ?
Due to hygiene all products sold are non-refundable
If your item arrives damaged within 24 hours after its' been delivered, email a photo of your damaged item/s for a possible refund.
